DR. ANNA ROBERTS

Since she was young, Dr. Anna Roberts knew two things: she was interested in teeth and she wanted to be a mother. As she explored the possibility of dental school and met with other dentists, she realized that dentistry offered the flexibility of a fulfilling career with time for family life. After graduating at the top of her dental school class in 2013, she joined a practice in Blacksburg, Virginia as an associate. Shortly after the birth of their first daughter, Dr. Roberts and her husband moved back to South Carolina to be closer to family. Dr. Roberts enjoys sharing her experiences with other female dentists, helping them navigate the challenging balance of work and family.
